You may use BrainMaxx for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, or copy and resell the app.

BrainMaxx provides general educational and wellness tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a validated cognitive assessment. It is not an emergency service. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about a medical concern.

Routine suggestions, habit scores, and illustrative progress charts do not predict your results or guarantee improvements in memory, focus, speaking, or health. Impromptu practice is self-guided and is not clinically assessed or graded.

BrainMaxx offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, currency, billing period, and any offer terms are shown before you confirm payment. Apple charges your Apple Account according to its purchase terms.

The weekly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The lifetime purchase is non-recurring and unlocks the paid features offered with that purchase without a subscription renewal. It is not a promise that the app, every future feature, or every supported platform will remain available indefinitely. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to buy access. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights. The app is also licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms supplement and do not replace that agreement.

You retain rights to the content you create. You are responsible for having permission to record any other person and for keeping content lawful. BrainMaxx saves notes and impromptu audio locally; routine synchronization is not a backup of that content. Device loss, app deletion, or storage problems may make local content unrecoverable.

Our Privacy Policy describes device permissions, routine synchronization, analytics, and how to request help with your data.

BrainMaxx and its content belong to MightyApps or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

We may change, suspend, or stop parts of BrainMaxx. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free from errors.

To the extent allowed by law, MightyApps is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by relying on general information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using BrainMaxx at any time. We may restrict access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

We may update these terms and will post the effective date here. Where required, we will provide notice or seek agreement to material changes. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights or retroactively alter rights already acquired.
